Candy Land Mania & FREEBIES!

Did you know there are 8 different versions of this game???
Um, yeah, me either! I knew Candy Land had been around for A.LONG.TIME but I did not know HOW LONG! I couldn't figure out why I would get emails complaining that my cards did not EXACTLY match the game cards. Well, I can't EXACTLY copy the cards I thought. Do these people think I want to be sued by Milton Bradley or something...I might as well scan in the cards! My students NEVER once questioned me about the cards or what to do with them. I have over 40 games for them...a different game a week! Well, apparently I'm just a little too laid back about the cards not being EXACT. So after 3 hours I created a version from 2010, 2004, 1999, & 1984. The 4 verions can be found for free in my TPT STORE HERE. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of having to print out another page to match your board EXACTLY. Due to copyright issues they will not be EXACT replicas but they are as close as they are going to get.

ATTENTION: I LITERALLY JUST FINISHED THE 2010 VERSION SO NONE OF THE GAMES BELOW INCLUDE THE 2010 CARDS. IT WOULD TAKE TOO LONG TO EDIT OVER 40 GAMES. PLEASE JUST DOWNLOAD THE DIFFERENT VERSIONS SO YOU HAVE THEM. DON'T PRINT OUT ANY PINK SHEETS UNTIL YOU CHECK THE YEAR ON YOUR CANDY LAND BOARD.
I ran to Target right after work to do this. I'm so sorry, I had no idea there was a 2010 version :o(

Now onto MORE GAMES!
Due to my move & my sad news in December I just wasn't up for making more games that have been requested but I finally was on a roll Sunday & worked ALL.DAY.LONG on more games!

I use these games for tutoring, RTI, literacy & math stations, & word work in Daily 5. These can be used for at-risk, on-level & advanced students!
CLICK DIRECTLY ON THE PICS TO GRAB THEM AT MY TPT STORE.
When the student picks the card, they must know the fact in order to move. 0-9 multiplication facts included.

This has the upper and lower case alphabet. You can use it for identification of letters & for alphabet sounds or both.
Me: "What's 7+7?" Student: "1...4...yes, she said one..four". I about died! Not fourteen, one-four. I was mortified. This little nugget can read at a 2nd grade level but can't say 14.

Can you say ....MCLASS? Don't get the chills..this will help.
I have Grade 1 & 2! I will have Theme 1 FREE in my store through the weekend just for you to try it out. That is how confident I am that your students will LOVE IT! All the spelling & HFW are listed by unit. Great way to review for all student levels!
I will have all themes! Check out Themes 1 & 2!
This will be used with my nuggets starting next week. I still use Units 1 & 2 for my at risk kiddos. All spelling & HFW are included.
I have Units 1 & 2 in my TPT store & will have Unit 1 for FREE through the weekend just for you to try it out!
I have Units 1 & 2 in my store. I will have Unit 1 for FREE as well through the weekend. I promise, you will be hooked.
Yes, I finally made 3 units for 2nd grade! Sorry for the delay. As an apology, this unit will be for free through the weekend.

The rest of the units will be done as well!

The reason this game has taken off so well is that it works. The kids think they are playing a game. They BEG for this station! Out of hundreds of comments here are some of my favorites. This has helped all levels of students in all elementary grades. Who doesn't love Candy Land? Thanks to all those who left positive feedback. It is so appreciated!

I am excited to have these for my above level students. My students LOVE to play Candyland now! They all want to be at this station!!! It is great to have the different sets so I can give each group what they need to work on but they do not realize it because they are all playing the same game :)

Thanks for the comment love! It truly makes my day!
